Drupal Community Portal

I am looking at the Flickr, Flickr Rippr, and Flickr Sync modules but do not see any way that any of them will actually keep content synced with Flickr. By that I mean that if I was to make a change to the tags in Flickr will this change be brought down to that image’s corresponding node on Drupal?
Looking at the Flickr Module that seems to keep the images on Flickr but I don’t see anyway to use Flickr’s tags, it seems to only work with sets and collections.
Is there any way that I can tie into Flickr and use Flickr’s tags to search for images? If the Flickr Module uses photosets I would imaging that using tags would not be that difficult.
