Need badbehavior module for mysql 4.x - and badbehavior 2.0.45...

For complicated reasons which I need not trouble you with, I have new Drupal installation on a host that only supports mysql 4.x. Therefore I am restricted to Drupal 6.x, which for the most part suits my needs.
I should like to install badbehavior.
The latest badbehavior code that will run on mysql4.x is 2.0.45. The owner says that this is to be supported until mid-2013 which suits my purpose.
However, the latest badbehavior module on the drupal modules list appears to be 2.2.something which requires the _latest_and_greatest_ badbehavior code - in other words it refuses to run with the 2.0.45 code that I have obtained and remains at least tentatively current.
Can anyone send me or point me to an older version of the badbehavior module that should run with the badbehavior code v2.0.45 PLEASE.
