Devel Theme Developer tool won't load for the themer info supposed to be displayed on the top right of the site

I enabled Devel and Theme Developer in the developmente package module, then a small box called "themer info" appeared on the bottom left of the site. Then I checked "themer info", and then tried to select a region to see information displayed on the box called "Drupal Themer Information" on the top right of the site. But the information won't load. Why? Is it some memory limit issue or something? How can I solve it?
