Interface of current website to Drupal

I have a static website http://tpdlondon.co.uk/ . I want to use the html and css of this website and make it a CMS based website. I don't want to put all my html in the content region, I want header part in the header section and left navigation bar in the sidebar_second section.
Please tell me a rapid way to use my current interface code.
