Drupal Community Portal

Hi ive been working on my drupal site for about 5 years now and i feel im getting to the stage where i can almost understand how to make some major changes to it. Im starting to understand css and template files etc. Ive always been wanting a double sidebar, both on the right of my content but ive never been able to do so. Im looking at the page.tpl and my css files and for some reason they just dont want to play ball with me. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated. I dont have any money to pay for someone to sort my theme for me as i dont have a job and i dont even claim state benefits. I make no money from my website yet and have to get by by gambling and selling off parts of my website to friends. Soon there will be nothing left for me but anyhow....

I was wanting to move the left sidebar to the left of the right sidebar but to the right of the content. hold on a sec....i could just change the print statements in the page.tpl for the content and the left sidebar couldnt i? (i have been at this for quite a while and ive just thought of that. Lets try.....actually before i try i know thats not going to work as i have block positions above the content area. I think i just need to change the css in the layout file to make the left sidebar to be more right. The thing is though that doesnt seem to be making much differance.
If anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated. This has turned me to starting to smoke again.

I would ask the theme makers but no offence to them they dont seem particuarly helpfull over more trivial matters so i darent waste my time awaiting a response from them over this.
